If your school using standalone authentication (i.e. Transeo manages all of your student's usernames and passwords) you can force a password reset via the district portal. This will require the user to change their password upon their next visit to the Transeo site.
- Start by navigating to the district dashboard and selecting the school of the user you want to update.
- Select "Users" from the school's dashboard page.
- Search for the user you wish to update, and click on their name.
- Select the "Force Password Reset" option at the bottom of the page.
Note: This feature is not available to Transeo districts that use Google or LDAP authentication.
